french connection.

maybe this rainny day evocated inside me this mood...quite french. i have to admit, that i am definetely not perfect in cooking, but the quiche (or "tart di fromage") looks absolutely delicious!...it has started the cd with norah jones, just don´t know which mood comes right now;))

možná za to může to deštivé ráno, které ve mě evokovalo poněkud "french" náladu. musím přiznat, že rozhodně nejsem dokonalou kuchařkou, ale tenhle quiche vypadá absolutně neodolatelně!...právě začalo hrát cd s norah jones, jen nevím co mě popadne ted;))

recipe: 

"la tarte di fromage"

timing: around 40 minutes, six portions

ingredients:

250 g of phylo pastry

25 g of butter

one spoon of olive oil

two onions, cutted to slices

one medium potato, cutted to slim slices

two cloves of garlic

two spoons of fresh leafs of thyme

150 g of soft cheese ( goat cheese, etc.)

three eggs 

200 ml of soured cream
